ABOUT ME:

I am a certified practitioner of Innate Traditions® Postpartum care. Learning from my teacher, Rachelle Garcia Seliga, who passed to me ancient traditions from around the world. I help women tune into their wisdom and follow a set of practices for optimal postpartum healing. My compass is using my talents and experience as a woman, educator and friend, to help families in my community and abroad.

I gave birth in 2018, here on the Sunshine Coast in Canada, and have since been a strong advocate and facilitator for new mothers. It is here where I learned the importance of being among Mothers during the time of Matrescence.

I am a trained biologist and animal technician, spending much of my life caring for animals, at the Toronto Zoo and the Vancouver Aquarium. I was blessed to see many animals give birth, support each other and raise their younglings.
